Participates in a six-month supervised training program covering tissue fixation, processing, embedding, microtomy, H&E and special staining, immunohistochemistry, specimen handling, quality control, equipment maintenance, and laboratory safety. Trainee develops competency in routine histology procedures and advances to Histotechnologist I after successful completion and sign-off.

Performs CT, radiographic, digital, and mobile imaging procedures; prepares and positions patients, reviews orders and medical histories, administers contrast media, establishes IV access, and operates CT and injection equipment. Maintains patient safety using ALARA principles, cleans equipment, documents procedures, and may mentor students or new hires. Provides inpatient on-call and shift-rotation coverage.

Performs diagnostic radiographic procedures for adult and pediatric patients, including fluoroscopy, C-arm, digital, and mobile imaging. Provides patient education, positioning, safety, shielding, documentation, and comfort throughout procedures. Selects exposure factors, maintains imaging equipment, completes records in the hospital information system, and may mentor students or new hires. Requires inpatient on-call and shift rotation participation.

Leads all financial operations for an integrated healthcare system, including accounting, patient financial services, managed care, revenue cycle, budgeting, financial reporting, internal controls, and asset protection. Advises the Board of Trustees on system finances, guides strategic financial planning, manages fiscal affairs, develops community and industry relationships, and provides leadership to executives, managers, and employees.

Leads inpatient and outpatient imaging services, overseeing operations, staffing, compliance, quality improvement, budgets, revenue cycle performance, patient safety, service growth, equipment planning, and employee development. Partners with physicians and organizational leaders to improve patient experience, financial outcomes, regulatory compliance, and service excellence.

Provide nursing care in an outpatient setting including vitals, phlebotomy, medication administration, patient education, pre-op coordination, procedure monitoring, documentation, supply management, and post-procedure instructions.

Provide basic patient care (nutrition, elimination, mobility, comfort, safety) under RN supervision, transport/transfer patients, assist with lifting/ambulation, maintain equipment/environment, document in EMR, participate in quality improvement and unit meetings.

Provides nursing care within LPN scope: vitals, EMR data entry, med administration, triage, lab/med follow-up, patient education, medication authorizations, referrals, inventory, and clinic support.

Perform MRI procedures using specialized equipment to produce diagnostic images; prepare and educate patients, obtain histories, administer IV contrast, ensure safety and image quality, maintain equipment, document exams, and assist with training as needed.

Perform CT and related radiographic procedures, prepare and position patients, obtain medical histories, operate CT equipment and power injectors, administer contrast and start IVs, maintain imaging equipment, and assist with training. Perform CT imaging procedures, prepare and position patients, obtain medical histories, administer IV contrast and operate power injector, maintain imaging equipment, follow radiology protocols and radiation safety (ALARA), and provide patient education and care. Participate in shift/on-call rotations and may mentor trainees.

Provide nursing care for urodynamics testing in a physician office: perform urodynamics procedures, prepare equipment, assist physicians, collect vitals and EMR data, triage calls, manage referrals and inventory, perform nurse visits/education, process med pre-authorizations and lab follow-up, and support staff training.

Perform CT imaging procedures, prepare and educate patients, obtain medical history, start IVs and administer contrast, operate CT and digital/mobile imaging equipment, follow radiologist protocols, maintain imaging equipment, and assist with mentoring/training as needed.

Provide nursing care in an outpatient setting: prepare patients for exams and procedures, take vitals, draw blood, administer medications per orders, assist with pre-op workups and post-procedure care, perform telephone triage, document care, manage supplies, and provide patient education and office support tasks.
