Provides executive leadership for enterprise-wide healthcare quality, patient safety, clinical effectiveness, regulatory readiness, accreditation, and performance improvement. Establishes quality metrics, oversees safety reviews and corrective actions, uses clinical data to drive measurable outcomes, partners with physicians and operational leaders, and leads quality, regulatory, and performance improvement teams across the organization.

Leads financial and managerial accounting, reporting, financial planning, business analytics, revenue accounting, audits, and data governance for a health system. Oversees Financial Services and Business Analytics departments, supports the CFO and Board committees, develops forecasting and performance tools, improves financial information systems, and ensures accurate clinical and financial data. Requires extensive healthcare finance experience, strong accounting knowledge, analytics proficiency, and leadership capability.

Performs CT, radiographic, digital, mobile, and contrast-enhanced imaging procedures. Reviews orders, prepares and educates patients, obtains medical histories, positions patients, sets imaging parameters, administers IV contrast, maintains equipment, documents procedures, and supports patient safety using ALARA principles. Provides inpatient on-call coverage and shift rotation, and may mentor students and new hires.
