Participates in a six-month supervised training program covering tissue fixation, processing, embedding, microtomy, H&E and special staining, immunohistochemistry, specimen handling, quality control, equipment maintenance, and laboratory safety. Trainee develops competency in routine histology procedures and advances to Histotechnologist I after successful completion and sign-off.

Performs CT, radiographic, digital, and mobile imaging procedures; prepares and positions patients, reviews orders and medical histories, administers contrast media, establishes IV access, and operates CT and injection equipment. Maintains patient safety using ALARA principles, cleans equipment, documents procedures, and may mentor students or new hires. Provides inpatient on-call and shift-rotation coverage.

Performs diagnostic radiographic procedures for adult and pediatric patients, including fluoroscopy, C-arm, digital, and mobile imaging. Provides patient education, positioning, safety, shielding, documentation, and comfort throughout procedures. Selects exposure factors, maintains imaging equipment, completes records in the hospital information system, and may mentor students or new hires. Requires inpatient on-call and shift rotation participation.
