Lead process development and industrialization for manufacturing and assembly: plan production concepts, define process flows and equipment, manage project schedules and investment budgets, lead supplier selection and commissioning, run PFMEA and continuous improvement, and ensure production KPIs are met.

Serve as the primary customer-facing quality engineer for an automotive OE account: monitor quality KPIs, lead escalations, ensure APQP/PPAP compliance, drive corrective actions, and represent customer requirements in development projects.

Coordinate and verify supplier quality through audits, capability assessments, corrective actions, and quality control plans. Manage supplier performance, process controls, Run@Rate, documentation, and cross-functional improvement projects while supporting procurement and strategic quality initiatives.

Manage global customer and change projects from nomination through industrialization. Lead cross-functional teams across locations, create and control project timelines, handle resource and budget planning, report status, collaborate with Key Account Manager on technical/commercial changes, and plan customer events to achieve project objectives and team performance.

Manage supplier claims for nonconforming incoming or returned parts, monitor supplier claim KPIs, block/unblock and coordinate sorting, collaborate with suppliers on disposition, track supplier deviations with SQE team, perform manufacturing audits per annual plan, prepare incoming area for audits, and report supplier quality status.

Design, develop, and maintain SAP BW/4HANA data models and HANA calculation views. Build/optimize transformations using AMDP and ABAP, manage data lifecycle, develop ODP/CDS extractors, implement BW authorization, ensure high-performance operation, testing, and documentation.
