Lead process development and industrialization for manufacturing and assembly: plan production concepts, define process flows and equipment, manage project schedules and investment budgets, lead supplier selection and commissioning, run PFMEA and continuous improvement, and ensure production KPIs are met.

Manage supplier quality for assigned commodity groups: develop and audit suppliers, support supplier selection, execute capacity/process verifications (PRA, Run@Rate), approve APQP/PPAP, drive continuous improvement, and support cost optimization and change control activities.

Serve as the primary customer-facing quality engineer for an automotive OE account: monitor quality KPIs, lead escalations, ensure APQP/PPAP compliance, drive corrective actions, and represent customer requirements in development projects.
