Provide first-contact remote technical support for networks, servers, and end-user systems. The Network Engineer manages and supports network infrastructure, optimizing performance and security, while troubleshooting issues, collaborating with technicians, and ensuring compliance with best practices.

Provide full-time on-site IT support at a client site: troubleshoot workstations, Office 365/Outlook, AD, connectivity, printers, remote access (Citrix/Terminal Services), coordinate hardware repairs, perform file restores, install new PCs, and communicate resolutions to non-technical users.
