Lead a center-based ABA therapy program for children with autism. Oversee clinical staff, supervision, training, performance, certifications, schedules, client authorizations, treatment plans, parent training, and clinical outcomes. Manage caseloads and billable hours, evaluate client progress, ensure ethical and policy compliance, support families, and collaborate with operations leadership. The role also requires mentoring staff, resolving interpersonal issues, maintaining clinical competency, and optimizing personalized evidence-based interventions.

Provide and supervise center-based ABA therapy for children with autism: develop treatment plans, assess progress, train parents and technicians, manage clinical schedules, deliver direct therapy, and complete required documentation and insurance reporting.
