Provide BCBA clinical supervision and direct ABA therapy for children with autism: develop individualized treatment plans, design behavior intervention and skill-acquisition goals, supervise and train Behavior Technicians and interns, deliver parent training, manage caseloads and documentation (including insurance reports and billable hours), assess progress using ABA assessments, and use Central Reach clinical software to track outcomes.
