Coordinate daily center operations for an ABA therapy center: manage schedules, troubleshoot issues, support systems and billing, maintain supplies and facilities, audit documentation, liaise with cross-functional teams, and provide CentralReach and Microsoft 365 support to ensure efficient service delivery.

Manage daily staff and client schedules, troubleshoot operational issues, support systems (CentralReach, HRIS, Zoho), audit documentation and timesheets, coordinate facilities repairs and vendors, manage supplies and asset records, and collaborate cross-functionally to keep the ABA therapy center running efficiently.

Provide and supervise center-based ABA therapy for children with autism: develop treatment plans, assess progress, train parents and technicians, manage clinical schedules, deliver direct therapy, and complete required documentation and insurance reporting.
