Provide psychiatric medication management, develop and oversee medical policies and self-medication training, supervise Medical Assistant, administer medications, review records, train staff and individuals, coordinate appointments, and provide on-call support for mental health programs.

Provide assessment, job development, training and follow-up support for individuals with challenges. Network and locate competitive employment, deliver community-based services, work independently, and maintain flexible schedule.

Provide in-home support to individuals with mental health diagnoses by assisting with money management, medical appointments, medication monitoring, and home safety. Participate in team meetings, document activities, and work flexible day-shift hours (including some weekends). Full-time benefits and paid training provided; travel expenses reimbursed with appropriate insurance.

Provide nursing oversight for IDD residential services including medical policy development and implementation, records and medication management in the EHR, staff training on medical directives, appointment/documentation oversight, and ensuring compliance with licensing and legal requirements.

Oversee planning, implementation, and supervision of the IDD Life Sharing program and providers. Ensure homes comply with policies, state regulations, licensing, and contract requirements. Manage program budget and financial stability, supervise and evaluate providers, maintain program progress and reporting, and fulfill on-call and training responsibilities.
