Recruit and enroll new 9th-grade students through in-school events, home visits, and digital outreach; onboard students and caregivers; recruit and onboard volunteers; facilitate programming and communications; manage and distribute student and volunteer data; support student-volunteer relationships and mobilize students toward high school credit completion.

Serve as the executive leader for a local Thread site, building and stewarding relationships with youth, volunteers, partners, and institutions. Lead a cross-functional team, manage site-level partnerships and MOUs, drive engagement and retention metrics, develop resource hubs, ensure data quality and compliance, and collaborate across functions to improve outcomes and scale impact.

Lead city- and state-level strategy to expand equitable post-high-school pathways (workforce, degrees, trades, entrepreneurship, military). Build and steward systems-level partnerships, negotiate MOUs and data-sharing, remove cross-system barriers, ensure alignment with site teams, and coach managers to translate strategy into high-quality program execution and measurable outcomes.

Lead cross-functional implementation of Thread's place-based strategy by managing large projects, aligning stakeholders, strengthening site-level operating routines and knowledge systems, and producing data-driven insights and reporting to improve consistency and outcomes across Relational Resource Hubs.

Lead execution and continuous improvement of city- and state-wide career pathway programs. Manage program operations, partner relationships, enrollment/placement, compliance, tracking, evaluation, and capacity-building for site staff and employers to drive participant completion and post-program outcomes.

Provide high-level administrative support to the CEO including email and calendar management, meeting and board coordination, drafting communications, preparing presentations and reports, tracking expenses, conducting research, supporting development/grant submissions, and managing special projects while maintaining confidentiality.

Lead community organizing and coaching for volunteers and youth, mobilizing and retaining volunteers, driving attendance and outcomes, managing engagement strategies and data, and supporting racial equity development. Build relationships, recruit and develop volunteer leaders, coordinate with partners, and manage projects to achieve graduation and credential completion goals.

Lead Thread's fundraising strategy and manage development team activities to secure major gifts, grants, corporate partnerships, and diverse funding sources. Cultivate and steward donors through in-person engagement, supervise grant and proposal work, recruit volunteer solicitors, and collaborate with leadership to meet annual and long-term revenue goals while promoting organizational collaboration and data-informed decision-making.

Lead development and stewardship of citywide partnerships and resource pathways to remove barriers for young people and families. Manage partner relationships, referral systems, agreements, documentation, capacity-building for site teams, data tracking, and continuous improvement to expand access to basic needs, wellness, housing, education, and employment pathways.
