Lead Thread's institutional grant lifecycle: research, write, submit, manage awards, coordinate cross-functional reporting and stewardship, maintain systems (Salesforce), and improve processes to strengthen institutional fundraising.

Build and manage regional partnerships and volunteer networks in Baltimore City. Recruit, train, and manage Resource Team Volunteers; run outreach, info sessions, and conversion processes; use data to meet recruitment goals and collaborate across teams to support Thread families.

Coordinate student enrollment, volunteer onboarding, and early community engagement to ensure a welcoming Thread Journey. Build relationships with youth, caregivers, volunteers, and partners; manage documentation and CRM data; support events, home visits, and volunteer placement; monitor early engagement, troubleshoot barriers, and collaborate across teams to improve enrollment processes and participant experience.

Recruit and enroll new 9th-grade students through in-school events, home visits, and digital outreach; onboard students and caregivers; recruit and onboard volunteers; facilitate programming and communications; manage and distribute student and volunteer data; support student-volunteer relationships and mobilize students toward high school credit completion.

Serve as the executive leader for a local Thread site, building and stewarding relationships with youth, volunteers, partners, and institutions. Lead a cross-functional team, manage site-level partnerships and MOUs, drive engagement and retention metrics, develop resource hubs, ensure data quality and compliance, and collaborate across functions to improve outcomes and scale impact.

Lead community organizing and coaching for volunteers and youth, mobilizing and retaining volunteers, driving attendance and outcomes, managing engagement strategies and data, and supporting racial equity development. Build relationships, recruit and develop volunteer leaders, coordinate with partners, and manage projects to achieve graduation and credential completion goals.

Manage and connect young people with resources, jobs, internships, and services to remove barriers to success. Recruit, coach, and coordinate volunteer Resource Teams and external collaborators, run summer job programs, audit safety practices for minors, and develop trainings and digital resources to build community capacity and self-efficacy.

Manage and deliver in- and out-of-school programming to ensure high school completion and post-high-school pathway attainment. Build school partnerships, coach and develop volunteers, collect and analyze student data, plan transitions, advocate for student needs, and collaborate across teams to meet outcomes.
