Leads Thread’s comprehensive human resources function, including recruiting, workforce planning, compensation and benefits, employee relations, performance management, professional development, HR analytics, compliance, risk management, and HR systems. The Director manages a small HR team, advises executives and managers, develops workforce dashboards, oversees employee programs, and ensures employment-law and safety compliance. This hands-on strategic role also supports organizational growth, succession planning, manager training, and a diverse, inclusive workplace.

Lead Thread's fundraising strategy and manage development team activities to secure major gifts, grants, corporate partnerships, and diverse funding sources. Cultivate and steward donors through in-person engagement, supervise grant and proposal work, recruit volunteer solicitors, and collaborate with leadership to meet annual and long-term revenue goals while promoting organizational collaboration and data-informed decision-making.
