Leads the design, implementation, evaluation, and continuous improvement of academic, post-secondary, career pathway, and youth development programming for Years 1–10. Builds partnerships with schools and community stakeholders, supports young people and volunteers, monitors outcomes, uses data for planning, develops resources and curriculum, and coordinates cross-functional initiatives aligned with organizational priorities, equity, and relationship-centered practice.

The Executive Vice President leads Thread’s enterprise back-office strategy and operations across finance, HR, technology, data, risk, compliance, facilities, governance, and administration. The role advises the CEO and Board, translates strategy into operating plans, strengthens organizational systems, oversees resource allocation and enterprise risk, and develops senior functional leaders. The EVP is responsible for scalable infrastructure, organizational health, financial stewardship, data-informed decision-making, compliance, continuity planning, and coordinated execution during organizational growth and change.

Leads Thread’s comprehensive human resources function, including recruiting, workforce planning, compensation and benefits, employee relations, performance management, professional development, HR analytics, compliance, risk management, and HR systems. The Director manages a small HR team, advises executives and managers, develops workforce dashboards, oversees employee programs, and ensures employment-law and safety compliance. This hands-on strategic role also supports organizational growth, succession planning, manager training, and a diverse, inclusive workplace.
