Build and sustain relationships among volunteers, youth, families, and community partners. Coach volunteer leaders, mobilize participation, recruit and develop volunteers, facilitate racial equity learning, and support youth outcomes. The role manages engagement strategies, programming attendance, budgets, policies, projects, and data-driven evaluation while collaborating across teams. Occasional evening and weekend work is required, along with consistent access to a vehicle.

Lead Thread's fundraising strategy and manage development team activities to secure major gifts, grants, corporate partnerships, and diverse funding sources. Cultivate and steward donors through in-person engagement, supervise grant and proposal work, recruit volunteer solicitors, and collaborate with leadership to meet annual and long-term revenue goals while promoting organizational collaboration and data-informed decision-making.
