Responsible for maintaining FedRAMP-compliant infrastructure, collaborating with software engineers, and ensuring system availability and security. Duties include infrastructure design, automation, monitoring, and incident response.

Lead sales for ThousandEyes within the Americas Service Providers Telco/Media segment. Drive new business via territory planning, pipeline development, presentations, trials, pricing, negotiation, and closing. Build strategic relationships with large Telco and Media accounts, collaborate with Cisco account teams, Customer Success, and Product Management, and meet quota as an individual contributor.

Lead backend technical work for Connected Devices Platform: design and implement scalable distributed systems (streaming, APIs, databases), ensure resilience, evolve architecture and processes, mentor teammates, and contribute to agentic AI development.

Design, deploy, and operate large-scale, multi-region cloud-native services to improve reliability, performance, and security. Partner with application teams to build automation, run SLO-driven incident response and on-call rotations, leverage Kubernetes and CNCF tooling, and implement scalable operations, chaos and scale testing, and infrastructure-as-code for a resilient SaaS platform.

Design, operate, and scale large distributed systems for telemetry processing. Build automation, use AI tooling to reduce toil, ensure availability and disaster recovery, participate in on-call incident response, troubleshoot production AWS/Kubernetes environments, and collaborate with application teams to meet SLOs/SLAs.
