Owns customer experience across auto wash locations by managing online reputation, complaint resolution, vehicle damage claims, incident investigations, safety improvements, site audits, signage standards, community events, and operational reporting. Analyzes customer feedback and incident trends, partners with field and corporate teams, and drives improvements in service consistency, safety, brand presentation, and customer satisfaction. Regular travel between company locations is required.
