Teams at Thoroughbred Express Auto Wash

Support District Manager by coaching, training, and mentoring site teams across 6-12 car wash locations. Travel between sites to ensure operational consistency, training compliance, POS and equipment proficiency, labor management, P&L oversight, customer issue resolution, and support for openings and special projects.

Support the Site Manager in daily site operations, supervise and train staff, manage scheduling, inventory and payroll, maintain safety and customer satisfaction, and help meet financial targets.
