Leads daily store operations, including sales, customer service, inventory, scheduling, maintenance, safety, and facility upkeep. Recruits, trains, motivates, evaluates, and manages employees while setting performance expectations and addressing conflicts. Develops strategies to increase sales and profitability, maintains relationships with customers and vendors, and ensures the store operates cleanly, safely, and efficiently.

Manage daily store operations, including sales, customer service, inventory, scheduling, maintenance, safety, and team leadership. Recruit, train, motivate, evaluate, and manage sales associates while maintaining strong relationships with customers, vendors, and employees. Develop strategies to increase sales and profitability, ensure facility cleanliness and organization, and perform preventative maintenance on tunnel equipment and general facilities.

Supports the Director of Development with tracking and coordinating commercial construction, renovation, and capital improvement projects. Responsibilities include monitoring milestones, permits, inspections, budgets, invoices, bids, contractor and vendor follow-ups, meeting action items, project files, site documentation, punch lists, and closeout records. The intern helps maintain accurate project visibility and accountability across multiple development sites while gaining experience in construction management, permitting, real estate development, and project coordination.
