Support engineers by creating flow diagrams, detailed fabrication and assembly drawings using AutoCAD and SolidWorks. Produce component details, calculate dimensions/weights, compare cost-effective manufacturing options, create electronic BOMs, and release/revise drawings while assisting fabrication and installation teams to resolve design issues.

Work alongside skilled trades to gain hands-on mechanical design experience, build foundational mechanical design skills, and prepare to transition into engineering. Familiarity with SolidWorks or AutoCAD is a plus.

Design and deliver electrical control systems for material finishing and process equipment. Create control system plans, SolidWorks Electrical drawings and BOMs, supervise panel construction, support field installation, commission and tune systems, provide operational troubleshooting and training, and maintain electrical standards and QA practices.

Join, fabricate, and repair metal components using appropriate welding techniques (primarily MIG; TIG a plus). Read blueprints, inspect welds, operate manual/semiautomatic welding equipment, use welding gauges, follow safety procedures, meet timelines, and travel to customer sites (~25%) for installations and warranty work.

Manage projects from design through start-up at Therma-Tron-X, overseeing day-to-day project progression in the facility. Travel to customer sites during sales, installation, start-up, and for periodic follow-up visits.

Lead and coordinate design work for Therma-Tron-X equipment: review sales drawings, create system designs, manage CAD detailers, track materials and long-lead items, set phase deadlines, ensure drawing-to-equipment coordination, report job status, resolve design problems, and recommend process improvements.

Develop, test and deploy industrial control programs and systems (PLCs, RGVs, AGVs). Implement code repositories and system databases, integrate software, program installed TTX systems, document code, and support industrial networking. Participate in ongoing learning and travel to customer sites (~20%).

Design and deliver electrical control systems for industrial finishing and process equipment. Create control system plans, simulations, drawings and BOMs, supervise panel construction, support field installation and commissioning, provide troubleshooting and warranty support, and maintain electrical standards and documentation.

Program, troubleshoot, and commission PLC-based control systems (material handling, ovens, hydraulics, waste treatment). Create ladder logic, custom HMI screens, and scripts; support wiring/testing, write technical manuals, research control technologies, and travel to customer sites for installation, debugging, and training.
