Prepare equipment layouts, general arrangement and flow diagrams, and detailed fabrication and assembly drawings. Calculate flows, loadings, dimensions, and weights. Select equipment components using manufacturer data, evaluate cost-effective designs, create BOMs for purchasing and fabrication, and collaborate with lead and project engineers to resolve design issues through final release to the shop floor.

Develop, test and deploy industrial control programs and systems (PLCs, RGVs, AGVs). Implement code repositories and system databases, integrate software, program installed TTX systems, document code, and support industrial networking. Participate in ongoing learning and travel to customer sites (~20%).

Program, troubleshoot, and commission PLC-based control systems (material handling, ovens, hydraulics, waste treatment). Create ladder logic, custom HMI screens, and scripts; support wiring/testing, write technical manuals, research control technologies, and travel to customer sites for installation, debugging, and training.
