Early-career engineering role combining HVAC and dehumidification product development with inside sales, technical support, quoting, application assistance, troubleshooting, and customer engagement. The associate will support customers, contractors, distributors, and sales teams while developing technical selling and field-sales capabilities. Travel begins at approximately 10% and increases with experience, with an intended progression to Regional Sales Manager within 12–24 months.

Improves light-assembly productivity, efficiency, safety, ergonomics, and material presentation. Develops line-balancing plans, work instructions, capacity analyses, and Lean/DMAIC improvement projects. Maintains production routings in CRM and JDE, supports component tracking and quality audits, and collaborates with Manufacturing Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, and line operators. Requires manufacturing Lean experience, engineering education, database knowledge, and familiarity with electrical components, tools, and Microsoft systems.
