Provides part-time accounting support, including invoice entry and coding, account reconciliations, financial data entry, document management, month-end close assistance, reporting, discrepancy resolution, vendor record maintenance, audit requests, and administrative duties. The role supports the Finance and Accounting team while developing foundational accounting skills in an onsite professional environment.

The associate will support customers, contractors, distributors, and sales teams while developing technical selling and field-sales capabilities. Travel begins at approximately 10% and increases with experience, with an intended progression to Regional Sales Manager within 12–24 months.

Improves light-assembly productivity, efficiency, safety, ergonomics, and material presentation. Develops line-balancing plans, work instructions, capacity analyses, and Lean/DMAIC improvement projects. Maintains production routings in CRM and JDE, supports component tracking and quality audits, and collaborates with Manufacturing Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, and line operators. Requires manufacturing Lean experience, engineering education, database knowledge, and familiarity with electrical components, tools, and Microsoft systems.
