Develops physician and referral-source relationships for home-based therapy services. Conducts office visits, supports referral and intake processes, strengthens clinical communication, enhances public relations and community branding, creates marketing materials, and maintains physician profiles. Requires strong communication, organization, healthcare service knowledge, and the ability to operate a vehicle.

Implements the company’s clinical feeding program, mentors feeding therapists, provides telehealth and in-person consultations, reviews documentation, supports competency development, shares evidence-based resources, contributes to continuing education and policy updates, and collaborates with clinical leadership across Texas divisions.

Provide home-based pediatric occupational therapy: evaluate using standardized tests, develop and implement treatment plans and home exercise programs, coordinate care with providers, complete required patient visits and documentation, and comply with agency policies and applicable laws.

Provide home-based pediatric speech-language evaluations and therapy, create treatment and home exercise plans, coordinate care with providers and caregivers, complete required visits and documentation, and follow agency policies and applicable laws.

Provide home-based pediatric speech-language pathology assistance: implement treatment plans, develop home exercise programs, complete required weekly visits and documentation, coordinate care with providers, and follow agency policies and relevant laws.

Provide home-based pediatric speech therapy: evaluate patients, develop and implement treatment plans and home exercise programs, document care, meet weekly visit minimums, coordinate with other providers, and comply with laws and agency policies.

Provide pediatric speech therapy under a supervising SLP's plan in home-health settings. Develop caregiver home programs, document visits, coordinate care with providers, meet visit quotas and agency timelines, and follow applicable laws, policies, and ethical guidelines.

Provide pediatric speech-language therapy in-home: implement treatment plans, develop home exercise programs with caregivers, coordinate care with other providers, complete required patient visits and documentation, and comply with agency policies and state laws.

Provide home-based pediatric speech therapy under physician orders, develop and implement treatment and home exercise plans, coordinate care with providers, complete required patient visits and documentation, and comply with agency and regulatory standards. Bilingual English/Spanish required.
