Develops physician and referral-source relationships for home-based therapy services. Conducts office visits, supports referral and intake processes, strengthens clinical communication, enhances public relations and community branding, creates marketing materials, and maintains physician profiles. Requires strong communication, organization, healthcare service knowledge, and the ability to operate a vehicle.

Implements the company’s clinical feeding program, mentors feeding therapists, provides telehealth and in-person consultations, reviews documentation, supports competency development, shares evidence-based resources, contributes to continuing education and policy updates, and collaborates with clinical leadership across Texas divisions.

Provide home-based pediatric occupational therapy: evaluate using standardized tests, develop and implement treatment plans and home exercise programs, coordinate care with providers, complete required patient visits and documentation, and comply with agency policies and applicable laws.
