The Chief Revenue Officer will lead revenue strategy and performance while directly overseeing Marketing and Merchandising. The role will serve as the EOS Integrator, coordinating executive priorities, strengthening processes, improving cross-functional alignment, and driving disciplined execution across a growing retail organization. Responsibilities include P&L accountability, operating rhythm leadership, performance measurement, organizational development, and standardizing planning and accountability systems. The position requires frequent travel, relocation to Dubuque, Iowa, and flexibility for occasional weekend and overnight work.
