Provide friendly customer service, assist customers storewide, explain product features, process transactions, restock and merchandise shelves, receive shipments, perform light cleaning, operate registers, and support inventory and special orders as directed by management.

Supervise and develop accounting staff; oversee daily store accounting, reconciliations, cash and credit card processes; support month-end close, prepare journal entries and financial reports; ensure compliance, support audits, and identify process improvements to streamline accounting operations.

Greet and assist customers, recommend and explain products, handle sales transactions and special orders, maintain merchandising and store cleanliness, receive and restock inventory, and support other store tasks as needed.
