Teams at Theisen's Home Farm Auto

Provides first-line remote technical support for associates and retail locations through phone, email, remote access, and ticketing systems. Administers Microsoft 365, Active Directory, accounts, permissions, endpoint security, patches, and business applications. Troubleshoots hardware, software, VPN, network, POS, and phone issues; maintains documentation; supports testing, deployments, and store technology projects. Coordinates escalations and field service visits, with approximately 25% travel and rotating evening/weekend on-call responsibilities.

Provide friendly customer service, assist customers storewide, explain product features, handle merchandising, stocking, receiving, cash register tasks, and maintain store cleanliness and security under manager supervision.
