Own and execute social media and community strategy across platforms (Facebook, TikTok, Instagram). Drive organic engagement, plan webinars and campaigns, coordinate content and stakeholders, track analytics to optimize reach and growth, and collaborate with marketing, content, PPC, and design teams.

Manage and scale multi-brand affiliate programs end-to-end: recruit and manage partners, optimize campaigns and commission structures, track KPIs, ensure compliance, handle reconciliations and payments, and collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, Finance, and Compliance to drive data-driven growth.

Lead the product lifecycle for AI-powered, data-intensive B2C trading products: discover, validate, launch, and iterate features. Collaborate with design, engineering, marketing, and support; use user research and analytics to drive product-market fit and scale globally.

Maintain day-to-day bookkeeping through trial balance, manage accounts payable/receivable, perform bank reconciliations, prepare tax reports (VAT, income tax, National Insurance), support month- and year-end closes, and collaborate with the CFO on financial operations.

Design and maintain brand systems, create visual assets and guidelines, build scalable templates for marketing/HR/product, support UX/UI and motion work, run multiple projects end-to-end, and apply AI tools to improve creative efficiency.
