Manage day-to-day accounting operations including AP/AR, general ledger reconciliations, bank and credit card reconciliations, client trust account reconciliation, financial reporting, QuickBooks/NetSuite administration, Excel-based analysis, audit support, and ensuring GAAP compliance in a fast-paced law firm environment.

Serve as the firm's front-line contact: greet visitors, manage a multi-line phone system, route calls, document interactions in the case management system, process mail and documents, support administrative tasks, maintain reception/office presentation, and escalate client concerns. Requires strong customer service, organization, and bilingual English/Spanish fluency.
