Manage full-cycle recruiting for attorneys, paralegals, legal assistants, and support staff in a high-volume personal injury law firm. Partner with hiring managers, source and screen candidates, coordinate interviews, manage offers and onboarding handoffs, maintain ATS records and recruiting metrics in SmartRecruiters, and ensure a positive candidate experience while supporting priority hiring and compliance.

Greet and support injured clients in English and Spanish, manage a busy on-site front desk, answer and route calls, schedule appointments, enter client information, and perform light administrative tasks (scanning, filing, mail). Maintain a welcoming reception area and connect clients to attorneys or case managers while documenting interactions accurately.

Administer, optimize, and support the firm's Salesforce and Litify platforms. Configure Flows, custom objects, page layouts, reports, dashboards, and automations. Manage users, security, data quality, integrations, and metadata deployments. Troubleshoot issues, gather requirements, create documentation and training, and drive platform adoption and process improvements within the legal services environment.

Lead and coach a high-volume Reductions team handling post-settlement reductions. Oversee workflows, KPIs, negotiation of medical bills/liens, quality assurance, process improvements, cross-functional collaboration, and accurate settlement documentation to drive timely case resolution and client satisfaction.

Lead and coach a high-volume Reductions team to manage post-settlement reductions, negotiate liens and provider balances, ensure accurate documentation and KPI performance, improve workflows, and collaborate cross-functionally to drive timely case closures and high client satisfaction.

Negotiate medical liens and provider balances, review and organize settlement documentation, coordinate with clients, providers and insurers, maintain case records in Litify, and collaborate with attorneys to finalize plaintiff personal injury settlements while ensuring excellent client service.

Lead and manage a high-volume Senior Case Management team to meet monthly settlement targets. Drive performance through coaching, audits, KPI monitoring, pipeline management, escalations, hiring, training, and process improvements. Ensure quality, compliance, and efficient workflows (including case documentation in Litify) while reporting on results and developing future leaders. Onsite role in Miami Lakes.
