Develop and maintain scalable Salesforce and Litify solutions, including Apex, Lightning, Flows, integrations, custom objects, automation, and data-quality improvements. Translate business requirements into technical solutions, troubleshoot complex issues, support deployments and documentation, and help evolve Salesforce architecture. Collaborate with Operations, Technology, and business stakeholders while following development, security, testing, and release best practices.

Serve as first-chair trial attorney for high-exposure plaintiff personal injury matters in New York state and federal courts. Manage trial-ready dockets, conduct depositions, handle discovery and motion practice, prepare experts and witnesses, negotiate settlements, and try cases through verdict. Mentor junior litigators, evaluate liability and damages, communicate with clients, and maintain compliance with New York court rules and professional standards.

Own full-cycle recruiting from intake and sourcing through interviews, offers, and onboarding coordination. Partner with hiring managers, source and screen candidates, manage multiple searches, maintain ATS records, track recruiting metrics, coordinate interviews, present qualified candidates, and improve sourcing and candidate experience. The role requires strong communication, organization, behavioral interviewing, stakeholder management, sourcing strategy, and OFCCP compliance knowledge.
