Direct program compliance activities, including external audits, internal file reviews, policy and procedure updates, contract and grant compliance, accreditation standards, staff training, and program handbook development. Oversee Relias administration and ensure electronic records and agency practices meet service standards, licensing requirements, and contractual obligations. Collaborate with leadership and agency departments to communicate compliance updates and support ongoing quality assurance.

Directs clinical services for children and families by monitoring treatment progress, supervising case managers and therapists, ensuring compliance with licensing and accreditation standards, managing crisis intervention and risk, and providing therapy as needed. Requires a relevant master’s degree, clinical or child welfare experience, supervisory experience, and an Indiana behavioral health license.

Coordinates program support, departmental communications, activities, records, correspondence, and forms. Tracks reporting deadlines, completes required documentation, maintains contract-compliant files, and assists with agency-wide compliance audits. Requires accurate formatting, grammar, organization, communication, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Provide independent living case management for older youth: support transition skills (education, employment, finances, mental health), build rapport using strength-based approach, partner with agencies and schools, respond promptly to crises, and connect youth to community resources.
