Lead development and execution of multi-year HR strategy, total rewards, talent acquisition, workforce planning, performance management, succession, labor relations, and HR governance. Serve on executive team, direct HR leadership, ensure regulatory compliance, and align HR programs with organizational objectives.

Supervise Healthy Families program operations, provide weekly reflective one-to-one supervision, mentor and coach staff, ensure policy and contract compliance, review documentation and data for audits, manage risk and child safety reporting, and lead hiring and staff evaluations.

Provide independent-living case management for older youth: help clients access education, employment, financial, mental health, and community resources; build rapport using strength-based approaches; partner with agencies and schools; respond to crises; participate in treatment team and on-call duties.
