Own and optimize the technology supporting sales teams, including CRM systems, diallers, integrations, and operational platforms. Ensure system stability, scalability, uptime, and trading continuity while improving workflows and operational efficiency. Collaborate with IT, operations, and leadership in telesales and face-to-face sales environments to continuously improve performance and reliability.

Provides high-autonomy executive support to approximately three senior leaders. Responsibilities include managing complex calendars across time zones, coordinating international and local travel, arranging meetings, preparing materials, handling confidential information, communicating with stakeholders, and managing administrative requests. The role requires proactive organization, discretion, calm handling of competing priorities, and the ability to anticipate and resolve issues independently.

Owns critical IT infrastructure and systems support, leads technical projects, implements infrastructure improvements, and provides expert guidance to maintain operational stability and business continuity. The role requires administration of Azure, Active Directory, Entra ID, Microsoft 365, and Windows Server environments, along with troubleshooting core networking services and driving technical implementations.
