Processes supplier invoices and payments in Workday, maintains audit-ready records, resolves discrepancies, manages ACH setups, prepares 1099 documentation, reconciliations, reports, and financial analyses. Responds to supplier and campus inquiries, supports audits and budget troubleshooting, updates process documentation, and supervises an accounts payable student worker. The role requires reliable office attendance, strong attention to detail, communication, organization, and multitasking.

Provides confidential executive administrative support to the Vice President for Business Affairs and Business Affairs departments. Responsibilities include calendar and travel management, committee coordination, correspondence, insurance administration, contract and vendor coordination, accounts payable, procurement, invoice processing, account reconciliations, student account support, cash-to-bank reconciliation, communications, reporting, and special projects.

Provides administrative and clerical support for a university college and department. Coordinates general education and College Credit Plus courses, including enrollment data, scheduling, communications, faculty support, and course offerings. Manages events, calendars, records, contracts, budgets, requisitions, supplies, correspondence, meeting minutes, and visitor or student inquiries. Serves as a liaison among faculty, staff, students, advisors, department chairs, and other university offices.

Serves as the university’s chief financial officer, leading financial strategy, budgeting, forecasting, investments, debt, endowment management, risk management, and business affairs. Partners with senior leadership and the Board of Trustees, oversees financing for construction projects, improves operational systems and technology use, develops revenue and pricing strategies, and communicates financial decisions transparently. The role manages the finance department and supports the university’s long-term financial sustainability and academic mission.

Teach lower- and upper-level undergraduate criminal justice and law courses (seated and online); develop curriculum and experiential learning; advise and mentor students; assist with recruitment, assessment, and program initiatives; engage in professional development and scholarship; collaborate with faculty and staff.

Perform as the university's official mascot at on- and off-campus events, engaging audiences and representing the school in media and community appearances. Assist with costume maintenance and help the mascot get into and out of the suit, complete required training, and comply with NCAA and university rules. Must be physically fit for long periods of standing/walking and be available for variable hours including evenings and weekends.

Manage leadership annual giving portfolio with emphasis on President's Leadership Society; oversee Graduating Class Gift, donor stewardship, and giving day events; collaborate with Financial Aid, deans, and development partners; maintain Raiser's Edge records and execute donor communications and engagement initiatives.
