Teach lower- and upper-level undergraduate criminal justice and law courses (seated and online); develop curriculum and experiential learning; advise and mentor students; assist with recruitment, assessment, and program initiatives; engage in professional development and scholarship; collaborate with faculty and staff.

Manage a ~150-household prospect portfolio to qualify, cultivate, solicit and steward major gifts ($25,000+). Develop annual solicitation plans, schedule regular face-to-face visits (12-15/month), meet travel expectations (5–10 days/month), collaborate across advancement teams, maintain Raiser's Edge/NXT records and reporting, and produce stewardship and proposal materials.

Lead and execute the university's annual giving program to raise current-use unrestricted and designated gifts. Set goals and strategy, manage staff and volunteers, solicit leadership-level donors through regular travel and face-to-face visits, leverage marketing and database analytics, oversee stewardship and recognition, collaborate with campus partners, manage budget and reporting, and identify prospects for major gifts.
