Teams at The Training Room Online (TTRO)

Own the architecture, governance, and technical solutioning of learning-technology platforms across multiple client programmes. Lead Moodle and Surge9 implementations, including security, POPIA compliance, CI/CD, LTI, and interoperability. Scope and cost new opportunities, develop technical approaches, coordinate infrastructure, development, data-visualisation, and platform partners, and ensure solutions integrate with broader programme delivery. The role also shapes product capabilities and coaches others in solutioning methods rather than performing hands-on software development.

Designs innovative digital and blended learning experiences for clients and global audiences. Responsibilities include learning needs analysis, curriculum and pathway development, storyboarding, assessment creation, interactive content development, LMS implementation, client workshops, concept presentations, and collaboration with designers, developers, project managers, and subject matter experts.

Develop interactive, LMS-ready e-learning courses in Articulate Storyline 360 and Rise from approved storyboards. Implement narration, animations, quizzes, scenarios, and interactions; test responsiveness and functionality across browsers and devices; troubleshoot QA issues; and publish content using SCORM/xAPI for LMS deployment. Collaborate remotely with learning designers, media, graphics, QA, and project teams to ensure accurate, accessible, and effective learning experiences.
