- Designing solutions for various content types, including but not limited to microlearning, interactive videos, animations, infographics, rich media articles, guides, scenarios and gamification.
- Outlining and designing interactive scenarios and case studies.
- Developing effective assessment questions, quality distractors and practice interactions that accurately test the learners' ability to meet learning objectives.
- Effectively managing multiple priorities, projects and relationships.
- Researching industry trends and bringing new ideas to the team, including the use of AI to enhance learning design, to maintain our innovative approach to learning solutions.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree or related qualification, with a minimum of three years' relevant working experience within an edtech, media, training or L&D related role.
- Attention to detail.
- Strong lateral thinking skills and problem-solving abilities, and a solution-oriented mindset.
- A high level of confidence, professionalism and interpersonal skills.
- Good work ethic and time management skills.
- Experience working in a virtual environment with global audiences and learners.

- Hands-on development experience in Articulate Rise and Storyline.
- Experience creating interactive content in H5P.
- Client-facing experience: presenting, workshopping and building relationships directly with clients.

- Ideation as a natural strength.
- Creative thinking: brainstorming new ideas and using AI tools to enhance learning design and delivery.
