The role requires extensive capital-goods sales experience, knowledge of material-handling equipment, consultative selling ability, frequent travel, and strong customer relationship skills.

Supports quality control, inspection, process documentation, nonconformance resolution, root cause analysis, corrective actions, and continuous improvement across fabrication and manufacturing operations. The role works with production, engineering, welding, CNC, assembly, and supply chain teams while developing expertise in drawings, GD&T, PPAP, APQP, dimensional inspection, process capability, and manufacturing process improvement.

Sell and promote construction equipment across South Alabama while achieving sales, rental, profit-margin, and aftersales objectives. Develop territory strategies, forecasts, customer relationships, and new business opportunities. Conduct product demonstrations and training, promote services and financing, monitor competition and market trends, provide management reports, and collaborate with product support, engineering, and marketing to resolve issues and support product launches.

The Senior Systems Analyst designs and develops software applications, supports project teams, maintains IT documentation, and collaborates with business partners on IT policies.

The Supplier Development Engineer enhances supplier performance through audits, onboarding, quality management, and collaboration, ensuring compliance with standards.

The Equipment Support role involves maintaining equipment for sale or rental by ensuring it is clean, fueled, and operational. Duties include inspections, supporting mechanics, providing delivery instructions, and promoting customer satisfaction.

The Plant Controller will lead financial management, cost accounting, inventory controls, budgeting, and strategic support to improve operations in the manufacturing facility.
