This role involves a one-year training program for outside sales of generators, contacting and quoting customers, making presentations, and responding to inquiries. Coordination with sales personnel and regular communication with management is essential.

Provide invoicing and AR support for national accounts: submit invoices to partner portals, assist service center AR, prepare monthly AR reports, produce and file quotes, follow up on pending quotes, coordinate with Sales, Service, Parts, Rental and National Account Manager, and supply company documentation to customers. May require travel and cross-department collaboration.

The Senior Systems Analyst designs and develops software applications, supports project teams, maintains IT documentation, and collaborates with business partners on IT policies.
