Supports machining, welding, tooling, ERP integration, data analysis, capacity planning, and continuous improvement projects to improve safety, quality, productivity, delivery, and cost.

Manage warranty returned material authorizations (RMAs): receive, verify, sort, store, and disposition returned parts. Update service management software, process vendor claims and credit memos, coordinate logistics, and maintain organized warranty shelves.
