Manage daily collections and accounts receivable tasks: contact clients, review aging reports, process collections/adjustments, prepare monthly sales tax submissions and reconciliations, post cash receipts, prepare invoices, support AP, monitor accounting communications, and maintain confidential customer information.

Drive local business development by promoting the company to designers, architects, contractors, developers and end-clients. Network, generate leads, present showroom tours, secure projects, and manage customer relationships and project progress. Maintain product and industry knowledge, use sales tools, and represent the company professionally.

Process incoming stock, pick/pack and prepare bulk orders for shipment, load/unload and operate material handling equipment, inspect items, assist receiving/delivery/service teams, maintain safety, cleanliness, and accurate documentation in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Manage customer accounts receivable by monitoring balances, collecting payments, processing transactions, maintaining records, resolving billing discrepancies with internal teams, and providing professional customer service while protecting confidential information.

Oversee end-to-end project delivery including planning, scheduling, client communication, documentation, coordination with vendors and internal teams, site visits, installation package creation, and issue resolution while maintaining budgets, timelines, and safety.
