Promotes Douron within the Baltimore business community, builds relationships with designers, architects, contractors, developers, and end users, and generates project leads. The associate presents products and services, leads showroom tours, negotiates opportunities, secures projects, and coordinates project progress to ensure customer satisfaction. Responsibilities also include networking at industry events, maintaining product and sales knowledge, presenting solutions, and collaborating internally and externally throughout the sales process.

Maintain ecommerce ordering site functionality, user accounts, catalogs, financial journal files, reporting, credit card processing, and electronic invoicing. Provide PC and Mac setup, software installation, hardware and license management, procurement, and help desk support. Troubleshoot networks, servers, printers, and endpoint security issues while supporting users, maintaining documentation, protecting confidential information, and suggesting process improvements. The role is onsite with occasional evening and weekend schedule requirements.

Oversee commercial furniture installation projects from inception through completion, managing schedules, budgets, resources, client expectations, documentation, vendor coordination, and internal communications. Lead kickoff meetings, prepare installation packages, monitor damages and discrepancies, conduct frequent job-site visits, verify milestones, and provide general contractor oversight across the DC metro area. Ensure safety, confidentiality, customer satisfaction, and timely project delivery.
