Support residential and commercial real estate closings by processing closing tasks, preparing documents, issuing title policies, clearing title requirements, maintaining files, coordinating with lenders, agents, and clients, assisting with in-person and mail-away closings, and performing general office and business development support.

Oversee daily marina operations and staff, deliver high-level guest service, assist with boat handling, refueling, maintenance and security, operate watercraft and equipment, perform routine cleaning and safety tasks, and act as Marina GM when Director is absent.

Maintain cleanliness and upkeep of guest rooms and public areas by removing used linens and garbage, laundering public linens, spot-cleaning carpets, reporting maintenance or safety issues, delivering requested items, maintaining cleaning equipment, and following safety and security procedures while responding to guest requests.

Develop and execute marketing strategies and campaigns promoting weddings, events, and group offerings across multiple properties. Manage social media, email, website content, digital advertising, collateral, and creative production; coordinate with agencies, planners, and property marketing teams. Track campaign analytics, support launches, attend events, and travel between properties as needed.

Maintain cleanliness and upkeep of guest rooms and public areas: remove garbage and used linens, launder public linens, spot-clean carpets and mirrors, deliver requested items, report maintenance/damage/lost-and-found, follow safety and security procedures, and respond to guest requests.

12-18 month rotational Manager-In-Training program exposing participants to front desk, housekeeping, food & beverage, HR, payroll, scheduling, safety, budgeting and sales. MITs perform managerial duties across departments, learn PMSs, enforce Forbes-level standards, and may transition into a chosen department. Benefits and company housing available.

Lead wedding and social event sales by generating and qualifying leads, closing high-value events, negotiating contracts, and developing strategic sales plans. Build client relationships, conduct site visits and presentations, use Delphi/CRM to manage pipeline and forecasting, collaborate with operations and culinary teams to design customized luxury events, and support promotional and budgeting initiatives to meet revenue targets.

Oversees daily front desk, night audit, bell/concierge and beach services; trains and schedules staff; manages reservations, guest complaints, payroll, ordering/invoicing, inventory, and administrative duties; coordinates with housekeeping and maintenance; prepares occupancy and financial reports and covers shifts as needed.
