Lead company-wide marketing strategy across residential, commercial, and hospitality segments. Own brand management, digital and traditional media, CRM and database marketing, PR, budgets, agency relationships, website and content, and team building. Drive occupancy, memberships, revenue, guest acquisition, and cross-promotional initiatives while partnering with sales and operations to meet business objectives.

Support residential and commercial real estate closings by processing closing tasks, preparing documents, issuing title policies, clearing title requirements, maintaining files, coordinating with lenders, agents, and clients, assisting with in-person and mail-away closings, and performing general office and business development support.

Oversee daily marina operations and staff, deliver high-level guest service, assist with boat handling, refueling, maintenance and security, operate watercraft and equipment, perform routine cleaning and safety tasks, and act as Marina GM when Director is absent.
