Lead fun, age-appropriate T-Ball sessions for 3–6 year-olds focusing on fundamentals, safety, inclusion, positive behavior management, parent communication, attendance, and basic administrative tasks.

Manage all baseball and softball programming including leagues, teams, tournaments, camps, staffing, facility and equipment oversight, payroll, budgeting, and community engagement. Recruit, train, and evaluate coaches, coordinate schedules and partnerships, ensure safety and customer service, and work with leadership to meet financial and operational goals.

Support venue and event operations by setting up, striking, and maintaining sports equipment and spaces; provide crowd control, ticketing, game operations (scorekeeping, clock), minor equipment repairs, inventory management, and league administration. Perform routine cleaning, maintenance, and physically demanding tasks to ensure safe, scheduled activities.

Create and finalize digital and video assets, HTML5 banners, motion graphics, and social paid ads. Build comps, retouch photos, prepare mechanical files for print/digital, manage project requests via Zendesk, maintain file handoffs, and support creative team workflows while staying current on design and social trends.

Provide event setup/breakdown and floor service for banquets and events. Coordinate with kitchen and managers, relay orders and allergy information, maintain cleanliness and safety, assist guest seating, train staff, manage inventory, and ensure excellent customer service during fast-paced events.

On-site spring internship supporting social media and digital marketing for sports programs and events. Capture and edit photo and short-form video, write captions, support social calendars and live event coverage, monitor engagement, and provide on-site marketing support while following brand guidelines.
