Teams at The St. James

Provide event setup/breakdown and floor service for banquets and events. Coordinate with kitchen and managers, relay orders and allergy information, maintain cleanliness and safety, assist guest seating, train staff, manage inventory, and ensure excellent customer service during fast-paced events.

Perform daily setup, teardown, and organization of fields, courts, and activity areas; move and stage equipment; support F&B service, cleaning, inventory restocking, basic maintenance, and special events to ensure safe, ready camp operations.

Manage all baseball and softball programming including leagues, teams, tournaments, camps, staffing, facility and equipment oversight, payroll, budgeting, and community engagement. Recruit, train, and evaluate coaches, coordinate schedules and partnerships, ensure safety and customer service, and work with leadership to meet financial and operational goals.
