Leads project controls for a construction project, overseeing subcontractors, safety requirements, costs, schedules, invoicing, change orders, risk reviews, documentation, and progress reporting. Coordinates with the client and project teams to maintain on-time, on-budget deliveries and client satisfaction. Prepares cost reports, conducts audits, facilitates weekly meetings, manages project documentation, and supervises or guides project staff.

Manage small and medium engineering, procurement, construction, fabrication, and operations projects from planning through execution. Evaluates labor utilization, capital expenditures, project margins, overhead, SG&A, and scenario analyses while communicating insights to leadership.

Leads commercial business development across business units by creating sales strategies, driving enterprise initiatives, strengthening strategic customer relationships, supporting major deals and negotiations, governing CRM data, identifying growth opportunities, and monitoring markets and competitors. Partners with executive, business unit, marketing, operations, and strategic account leaders to drive revenue growth and achieve organizational targets.

Performs bolt-up assembly, alignment, fitting, and installation of structural steel components in fabrication facilities. Reads blueprints and fabrication drawings, inspects materials, operates structural assembly tools, and follows safety and quality procedures. Work may occur indoors or outdoors in varying weather and industrial conditions, requiring frequent physical activity and lifting up to 50 pounds occasionally.

Leads a team responsible for producing and approving piping spool fabrication drawings, including isometrics, bills of materials, weld maps, and assembly documentation. Coordinates drafting work with international engineering centers, ensures compliance with codes and customer specifications, manages budgets and staffing, improves CAD workflows, tracks performance metrics, and supports production, quality, procurement, project management, and proposal activities. Requires advanced SpoolGen and AutoCAD expertise plus extensive industrial piping drafting and supervisory experience.

Designs and analyzes industrial electrical power systems, prepares and approves engineering deliverables, performs diagnostics and troubleshooting, and ensures compliance with codes and client specifications. Coordinates with clients, vendors, project managers, and multidisciplinary teams; supports budgeting, scheduling, quality assurance, and process improvement. Provides technical leadership by mentoring junior engineers and contributes to safe, reliable EPC project execution.

Loads, unloads, transfers, receives, tracks, and inspects materials within plant, yard, and work-site areas. Coordinates material flow between departments, verifies materials against specifications, maintains inventory and production records, and supports production schedules. Operates forklifts and other light equipment, performs housekeeping, follows safety rules, and works in all-weather conditions. Requires physical mobility, lifting up to 25 pounds, and familiarity with pipe, fittings, flanges, and valves.

Fabricates and tack-welds industrial pipe assemblies using GTAW/TIG welding in multiple positions. Reads WPS documents, prepares and cleans weld joints, positions and clamps components, performs repairs and cutting, and follows safety procedures. Candidates must pass an on-site 6G GTAW weld test on 2-inch Schedule 40 pipe, demonstrate industrial shop experience, meet physical requirements, and work effectively with a fabrication crew.

Assembles, aligns, welds, repairs, and tests boilers, tanks, vats, and pressure vessels. Reads blueprints, marks reference points, operates hand and power tools, performs flame cutting and arc welding, installs tubes, valves, gauges, and structural components, and signals crane operators during lifts. Repairs defective sections and tubes in the field, performs minor maintenance, and follows safety and project requirements. The role requires physical strength, precision, spatial visualization, shop mathematics, and comfort working at heights.
