Performs mechanical engineering calculations, equipment data sheets, RFQ packages, technical bid assessments, and vendor clarifications for static equipment and modular refinery projects. Reviews engineering documents, drawings, specifications, and calculations for compliance with project standards and codes. Investigates complex design issues, develops cost-effective solutions, coordinates with project teams and stakeholders, and supports multiple EPC projects while meeting quality and schedule requirements.

Manage small and medium engineering, procurement, construction, fabrication, and operations projects from planning through execution. Responsibilities include developing work plans, supervising project teams, managing scope, budgets, schedules, safety, quality, and resources, maintaining client relationships, supporting business development, and coaching employees. The role may oversee multiple projects with contract values typically below $50 million.

Leads commercial business development across business units by creating sales strategies, driving enterprise initiatives, strengthening strategic customer relationships, supporting major deals and negotiations, governing CRM data, identifying growth opportunities, and monitoring markets and competitors. Partners with executive, business unit, marketing, operations, and strategic account leaders to drive revenue growth and achieve organizational targets.

Performs bolt-up assembly, alignment, fitting, and installation of structural steel components in fabrication facilities. Reads blueprints and fabrication drawings, inspects materials, operates structural assembly tools, and follows safety and quality procedures. Work may occur indoors or outdoors in varying weather and industrial conditions, requiring frequent physical activity and lifting up to 50 pounds occasionally.

Fabricates and tack-welds industrial pipe assemblies using GTAW/TIG welding in multiple positions. Reads WPS documents, prepares and cleans weld joints, positions and clamps components, performs repairs and cutting, and follows safety procedures. Candidates must pass an on-site 6G GTAW weld test on 2-inch Schedule 40 pipe, demonstrate industrial shop experience, meet physical requirements, and work effectively with a fabrication crew.
