Leads project controls for a construction project, overseeing subcontractors, safety requirements, costs, schedules, invoicing, change orders, risk reviews, documentation, and progress reporting. Coordinates with the client and project teams to maintain on-time, on-budget deliveries and client satisfaction. Prepares cost reports, conducts audits, facilitates weekly meetings, manages project documentation, and supervises or guides project staff.

Manage small and medium engineering, procurement, construction, fabrication, and operations projects from planning through execution. Responsibilities include developing work plans, supervising project teams, managing scope, budgets, schedules, safety, quality, and resources, maintaining client relationships, supporting business development, and coaching employees. The role may oversee multiple projects with contract values typically below $50 million.

Supports financial planning, forecasting, variance analysis, operational finance, cost management, executive reporting, KPI dashboards, pricing, financial modeling, and strategic decision-making. Partners with Operations, Project Management, Business Units, Business Development, and Commercial teams to connect financial performance with operational execution. Evaluates labor utilization, capital expenditures, project margins, overhead, SG&A, and scenario analyses while communicating insights to leadership.
