Develops and delivers recreational, social, and educational programming for day program members. Provides emotional and physical support, medication assistance, crisis intervention, transportation, and person-centred plan implementation. Lead end-to-end strategic procurement for indirect categories (IT, telecoms, fundraising, fleet, travel, food, publishing). Provide LPN nursing services within the College of Licensed Practical Nurses of BC scope: assess and care for patients with stable conditions, administer medications, support activities of daily living, coordinate with RNs/RPNs, participate in safety and infection-control programs, assist in orientation, and perform related duties per employer policies.

Provide therapeutic support to residents in a certified residential addiction program: conduct individual interventions, develop and follow intervention and reintegration plans, maintain records, administer medications per protocol, facilitate workshops and activities, collaborate with external resources, prepare reports/evaluations, participate in team meetings and ensure resident safety and compliance with policies.

Develop and execute creative communications and marketing campaigns, produce written and multimedia content, manage social channels, monitor performance metrics, coordinate interviews and assets, protect brand standards, and collaborate on projects and events to engage communities.

Support RECE and staff in daily care and development of children: implement age-appropriate programs, observe and document learning, ensure health and safety, supervise activities, maintain facilities, engage families, complete records, and follow regulatory and agency policies.

Provide comprehensive administrative and project support to two directors, managing calendars, communications, meetings, documents, minutes, finance paperwork, filing, reporting, and logistics. Maintain confidential records, coordinate events and training, support departmental processes and continuous improvement, and liaise with internal and external stakeholders. Perform research, compile data, and assist with special projects in an office-based role within a residential services facility.

Plan and deliver strategic events (galas, tournaments, concerts, breakfasts) to increase brand awareness, engagement, sponsorships and fundraising; manage logistics, budgets, vendors, volunteers, marketing/promotions, and evaluate event performance to inform future strategies.

Provide administrative and facility support in a supportive housing residence: cleaning, laundry, food prep, light admin, incident logging, tenant support and coaching, accompaniment off-site, liaison with agencies, enforce policies, and assist staff with program delivery while working shifts and responding to resident needs.

Maintain general and sub-ledgers, perform complex reconciliations, prepare journal entries and accruals, review financial statements, process bank transfers, generate analytical and budget/cash-flow reports, support budget preparation and variance analysis, act as primary client contact for financial statement issues, ensure compliance and charitable filings (CRA T3010), and recommend/document process improvements.

Plan, coordinate and deliver faith-based children and youth programs (grades 8–12 and younger), including Sunday School, youth groups, after-school programs and summer day camp. Recruit, train and supervise volunteers, handle administration, reporting, health & safety, and community outreach while mentoring youth and supporting their spiritual formation.

Provide assessment, counselling, and case management for up to 18 residents on conditional release from federal institutions. Develop individualized recovery and life-skills plans, prepare parole submissions, facilitate groups, participate in evaluations, maintain confidential records, respond to crises, support staff and students, and coordinate with Correctional Services Canada and community partners.

Prepare light meals and snacks, set and serve dining areas, maintain kitchen and dining cleanliness, wash dishes, handle food waste disposal, receive and store supplies, keep simple records and incident reports, follow food safety, hygiene and safety protocols. Temporary part-time role requiring relevant certifications and background checks.

Support, configure and maintain the Salesforce CRM platform. Manage user access, system settings, data quality, releases, performance monitoring, and technical support. Liaise with stakeholders, ServiceDesk and development teams, prepare documentation, implement updates/patches, and promote process improvements through KPIs and SLAs.

Provide individual and group counselling, case management, crisis intervention, referrals, documentation, and discharge planning. Facilitate groups, supervise students/new staff, liaise with community agencies, enforce centre policies, cover intake/front desk duties, and represent the centre at community events.
