Operate, maintain, and optimize on-prem and cloud network infrastructure. Manage firewalls, switches, and wireless systems; troubleshoot incidents; support upgrades and Azure hybrid networking; enforce network security and maintain documentation.

Provide high-level oversight of HR, finance, property, thrift stores and business operations for the Ministry Unit. Supervise direct reports, lead budgeting and reporting, ensure compliance with policies and audits, manage staffing models and training, support project and change management, and oversee contracts and incident responses to enable mission delivery.

Recruit, orient, train and supervise volunteers and seasonal kettle coordinators; develop campaign plans, budgets, schedules, and reports; manage donations, cash handling and records; pursue sponsorships and grants; promote opportunities via social media and outreach; provide administrative support and liaise with ministry unit leaders and external partners.

Supervise and support community and family service programs, ensuring efficient dinner service at the Centre of Hope. Coordinate volunteers, manage donations and food safety, maintain cleanliness and safety standards, provide client support and referrals, assist with kitchen and special programs, and uphold The Salvation Army mission and confidentiality.
