Coordinate Salvation Army Christmas Kettle Campaign operations across assigned locations. Responsibilities include scheduling and supervising staff and volunteers, ensuring adequate shift coverage, transporting and securing kettles and donations, maintaining supplies, handling timesheets and mileage reports, supporting recruitment and orientation, resolving staffing issues, and communicating with site partners and supervisors. The role requires local travel, customer service, money-handling awareness, office administration, and a valid Ontario Class G driver’s license with a personal vehicle.

Coordinates community relations and shelter programming, builds partnerships with social service providers, recruits volunteers and student placements, and develops client-focused educational, recreational, and employment-readiness programs. Supports access to housing, financial assistance, mental health, and employment services. Performs applied research, facilitation, conflict resolution, health and safety activities, and community representation while working with marginalized clients experiencing homelessness, mental health challenges, addictions, and concurrent disorders.
