Coordinates the Christmas Gifts of Hope program by organizing registration, conducting intake and applicant screening, maintaining participant records in Link2Feed, making referrals, preparing reports and statistics, and supporting registration venues. The role also trains volunteers, responds to inquiries, liaises with community agencies, assists with Christmas events, and provides compassionate service to diverse community members. Some evening, weekend, and travel requirements apply.

Assists the cook with food preparation, kitchen service, menu-based meal production, sanitation, inventory, purchasing, plated-food accuracy, and quality improvement activities for hospice residents, families, guests, and catered functions.

Provide customer service, sort and price donations, operate cash register, assist with store cleanliness and tidying, handle cash deposits, lift and move donations, and perform other store duties as assigned to support day-to-day thrift store operations.
