Staff Accountant supporting daily financial operations, including accounts payable and receivable, billing, payroll review, journal entries, bank and credit card reconciliations, month-end close, General Excise Tax filings, expense reporting, and administrative support. The role requires accounting software and Microsoft Office proficiency, with preferred experience in Sage Intacct, PointClickCare, Enquire, advanced Excel, and high-volume AP/AR.
