Ensures quality assurance of nursing, midwifery, and nursing associate education programmes delivered by approved institutions. The role is hybrid, with office attendance twice weekly, and may involve occasional overnight travel.

Support the Chair and senior leadership within the Private Office by managing complex diaries, preparing briefings and correspondence, coordinating stakeholders, tracking decisions and actions, and supporting compliant governance and committee processes. The role requires proactive planning, sound judgment, confidentiality, meticulous document management, and effective communication in a hybrid Oxford Circus or Edinburgh-based environment.

Manage high-risk and sensitive regulatory cases, providing specialist support to people with complex communication, mental health, learning disability, health, or sexual-ass allegation needs. Act as a subject matter expert, adapt communication, remove engagement barriers, review complex information, apply safeguarding knowledge, and support advocacy or intermediary services. Liaise across professional regulation teams and contribute to service development and person-centred initiatives.
