Manage invoices, purchase orders, requisitions, supplier payments, witness expense claims, expenditure records, and financial reporting for a legal case-support team. Resolve finance queries, maintain accurate and compliant records, manage the invoice inbox, and liaise with colleagues and suppliers. The role also provides broader administrative support while handling sensitive and distressing case material.

Lead the Nursing and Midwifery Council’s Regulatory Fairness plan and broader regulatory equality, diversity and inclusion work. Advise senior leaders, use data and evaluation to identify inequalities, challenge bias, improve regulatory outcomes, and align regulatory and workforce EDI commitments. The role also involves leading a high-performing team and fostering an inclusive, psychologically safe culture.

Provide governance, operational, performance, and executive business support across Finance and Transformation & Technology Services. Coordinate submissions, reports, KPIs, risks, actions, business planning, communications, and strategic initiatives. Build relationships with senior stakeholders, provide constructive challenge, monitor priorities, improve processes, and help deliver organisational objectives effectively.

Coordinate regulatory assurance, reporting, submissions, evidence gathering, and responses to external oversight. Support transition to new regulatory standards, quality assure complex information, monitor risks and actions, and prepare executive briefings. Build relationships across the organisation, advise on regulatory requirements, challenge constructively, and support engagement with the Professional Standards Authority and other stakeholders. The role also drives continuous improvement and organisational readiness within a highly scrutinised professional regulator.

Leads organisational learning investigations by gathering evidence, conducting root cause analysis, producing objective reports, engaging stakeholders, and developing corrective learning actions. Manages an investigation caseload, tracks improvements, analyses trends, maintains records, and contributes to the Log and Learn framework. The role involves sensitive fitness-to-practise material and collaboration with specialist teams including safeguarding and information security.
