Provide administrative and casework support for the QDM team: log requests, maintain records, manage correspondence, prepare case documentation and PDF bundles, and communicate professionally with stakeholders while supporting process improvements.

Manage and deliver Fitness to Practise hearings and meetings, leading a team to ensure fair, timely, and cost‑effective adjudication. Own a caseload of substantive hearings, coordinate up to high-volume physical and virtual events, resolve escalations, drive quality improvements, and maintain strong stakeholder relationships while promoting staff development and compliance with policies and standards.

Process incoming fitness to practise referrals and correspondence, accurately update the national registration database and case management systems, assess documents, undertake case advancement tasks, provide administrative and customer-focused support, communicate with colleagues and stakeholders, and handle sensitive and distressing material with appropriate support.

Manage end-to-end recruitment across multiple directorates, partner with hiring managers to design recruitment plans, build diverse talent pipelines, deliver recruitment training, support employer branding, improve ATS and recruitment processes, and contribute to workforce planning and continuous improvement.

Coordinate and progress fitness-to-practise investigations, liaising with external providers, monitoring case progress, reviewing documentation for accuracy, maintaining case records, and escalating issues to ensure fair, timely outcomes.

Manage and progress complex fitness-to-practise investigations for nurses and midwives: gather and analyse evidence, conduct interviews, produce reports, assess risk, engage empathetically with stakeholders, and ensure fair, evidence-based outcomes while meeting caseload and quality targets.

Manage end-to-end procurement (purchase-to-pay, supplier onboarding, invoice processing), own spend categories and sourcing/tender processes, improve procurement systems and data quality, produce reports/dashboards, provide procurement guidance, deliver stakeholder-facing projects and training, and drive continuous improvement and compliance.
