Provide administrative support for physical and virtual hearings: complete pre- and post-hearing tasks, process payments, maintain records, assist reception, welcome participants, respond to queries, and handle sensitive material with professionalism and attention to detail.

Provide strategic and operational financial leadership across the organisation. Lead budgeting, forecasting, modelling and scenario analysis; influence senior stakeholders; embed activity-based costing and workforce planning in operations; support transformation, benefits realisation and financial governance; mentor finance colleagues and drive performance improvements.

Lead month-end close, management reporting, budgeting and financial analysis. Oversee payroll, capital accounting, fixed asset management, treasury support, audits and financial controls. Drive process and system improvements and provide insightful financial information to support senior decision-making.
