Manages an independent caseload investigating registration concerns, including applications, renewals, revalidation, restoration, fraudulent entry, and protected-title misuse. Gathers and analyzes complex information to support Investigating Committee and Assistant Registrar decisions. The role requires accurate casework management, strong written communication, organization, prioritization, attention to detail, and effective use of office software. It is hybrid, with office attendance required twice weekly.

Provides first-line support for education quality assurance systems, resolving user issues and service requests for internal and external stakeholders. Maintains accurate support, data and issue records; identifies recurring problems and improvement opportunities; supports testing, implementation and system development. Produces reports and management information, develops user guidance and training materials, and contributes to data quality, process improvement and change initiatives while collaborating with Education, Data and Technology teams.

Analyze complex education-related datasets to identify trends, risks, and opportunities; develop dashboards, reports, and visualizations; and translate findings into actionable recommendations. The role supports education quality assurance, regulatory monitoring, performance reporting, data governance, and evidence-based decision-making. It involves integrating internal and external data, analyzing Microsoft Dynamics 365 information, improving reporting methods, and collaborating with stakeholders across education, technology, and regulatory teams.
