The Project Controls and Integration Lead manages project schedules, integrates technical outputs, resolves conflicts, and communicates status to leadership. They work within a FEL framework and require strong engineering background and experience in megaprojects.

Manage strategic customer relationships within commercial nuclear power, driving satisfaction, growth, and delivery of maintenance, outage, technical, and workforce solutions. Coordinate across sales, operations, project management, and recruiting to develop proposals, manage the sales lifecycle, forecast pipeline, negotiate contracts, and ensure successful project execution and long-term partnerships.

Build automated unit, integration, and end-to-end tests for NOS using AI-assisted generation and review. Translate NQA-1 regulatory requirements into traceable test artifacts and evidence. Establish defect tracking and V&V workflows, ramp on Palantir Foundry and NOS architecture, and help develop testing approaches for AI-powered features, including prompt regression and output validation.
