Troubleshoot issues, manage user accounts in Active Directory, perform updates and security checks, maintain IT equipment, document solutions, assist onboarding, and escalate complex incidents. Lead design and implementation of automated test frameworks and V&V for web, API, data, and backend systems. Integrate testing into CI/CD, support audit readiness and compliance (ASME NQA-1), manage defects and root-cause analysis, and drive quality metrics, documentation, and continuous improvement across engineering teams in a regulated nuclear environment.

Lead design and implementation of NOS modules and applications across desktop, mobile, and field surfaces. Make architecture decisions, write production code, lead reviews, mentor engineers, integrate with platform services, and translate operational/regulatory needs into working software.

Build, fine-tune, and deploy ML and LLM-driven features and agent workflows inside the NOS platform. Design evals, monitoring, and safety controls, own model quality, shape data ontology, and partner with engineers and nuclear domain experts to productionize predictive and anomaly-detection models for operational decisions.

Build and run backend, data, and integration layers for a nuclear-scale platform. Own CI/CD, integrations (APIs, event streams, data pipelines), platform performance, and a unified front-end layer. Support data ontology and MCP design to enable safe AI agent access, collaborate with data scientists and product engineers, and maintain platform reliability and configuration baselines.

Build and maintain backend, CI/CD, and data integrations for the NOS platform. Ramp on Palantir Foundry and AI/data tooling, write production code and tests, and collaborate with engineers and data scientists under senior review to deliver scoped features.

Build automated unit, integration, and end-to-end tests for NOS using AI-assisted generation and review. Translate NQA-1 regulatory requirements into traceable test artifacts and evidence. Establish defect tracking and V&V workflows, ramp on Palantir Foundry and NOS architecture, and help develop testing approaches for AI-powered features, including prompt regression and output validation.

Own FP&A data architecture, integrations, and automation connecting NetSuite, HR, payroll, equity, scheduling, and bank systems into NOS. Build pipelines, reporting, and cost tracking for technology and NOS, automate budgeting and forecasting workflows, deploy AI/agentic tools, and document scalable, auditable FP&A processes to support public-company readiness.

Serve as the company's technical accounting expert for complex, non-routine transactions. Own revenue recognition for long-term EPC/construction contracts, handle JV and project finance accounting, monitor and implement new accounting standards, partner with external auditors, and build technical accounting documentation libraries while leveraging AI tools to accelerate research and improve documentation quality.

Own and administer the companys finance systems and ERP, lead implementations and integrations across AP/expense/procurement/payroll, ensure data integrity, SOX-readiness, and access controls, enable close and FP&A reporting via dashboards, manage vendors, and provide user training and support to scale financial operations.

Lead external financial reporting readiness and produce board- and investor-grade reporting packages. Manage external audit relationships, draft technical accounting memos, maintain disclosure controls and statutory IFRS reporting, monitor GAAP/SEC guidance, support due diligence for capital raises, and leverage AI and disclosure tools to accelerate and benchmark disclosures.

Build and lead the company's tax function covering federal, state, and local compliance and ASC 740 provision, tax planning and structuring for joint ventures/partnerships/project financing, energy tax credit strategy, indirect tax oversight for multi-state construction sites, manage external advisors/auditors, and advise leadership on tax impacts of major transactions.

Design and lead platform integrations, oversee technical architecture, develop AI/ML functionalities, manage cross-functional teams, and ensure compliance with nuclear energy standards.

Conduct applied research in reinforcement learning and decision systems for fleet-scale nuclear infrastructure. Build simulations, formulate MDPs, develop and evaluate RL and optimization models, and collaborate with engineers to deploy, monitor, and communicate results to stakeholders across construction, capital planning, and security operations.

Lead architecture and development of reliable, safety-critical software for nuclear energy systems. Provide technical leadership, integrate software with hardware and control systems, ensure quality and regulatory compliance, optimize performance, troubleshoot complex issues, and maintain thorough documentation.
