Partners with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver savings, improve procurement processes, implement ERP-enabled purchasing capabilities, and establish scalable standards, metrics, and guided-buying solutions.

Own end-to-end supply chain operations for greenfield nuclear construction projects, including planning, sourcing, inventory, warehousing, logistics, and supplier quality. Lead NetSuite inventory and supply chain implementation, configure item masters and planning parameters, manage nuclear QA traceability and regulatory controls, oversee MRP and S&OP, reconcile inventory to the general ledger, manage logistics and 3PLs, build reporting, automate workflows, control budgets, and mentor supply chain staff.

Leads procurement contract strategy, drafting, negotiation, execution, and lifecycle management for EPC nuclear infrastructure projects. Manages vendor agreements, pricing, risk allocation, changes, claims, disputes, compliance, quality requirements, export controls, and supplier qualification. Collaborates with legal, engineering, finance, project controls, supply chain, and contract administration teams to protect project cost and schedule outcomes.
