Coordinates environmental, construction, land use, and infrastructure permitting for nuclear development projects. Manages permit applications, schedules, agency communications, permit conditions, compliance requirements, regulatory documentation, and permitting risks across project lifecycles. Partners with development, engineering, environmental, and external affairs teams while supporting budgets, stakeholder engagement, and public outreach. Uses GIS, digital permitting systems, AI tools, and the Nuclear Operating System to improve tracking, research, documentation, and workflow efficiency.

Owns nuclear site development from candidate screening and FEL 0 handoff through characterization, licensing, design integration, and construction readiness. Responsibilities include managing geotechnical, geological, seismic, hydrological, ecological, and meteorological investigations; preparing ESP/COL and SSAR/FSAR inputs; supporting NRC engagement and environmental reporting; maintaining GIS and site baselines; and providing technical continuity through construction. The role also uses AI, GIS, and analytics to manage site data, dashboards, and stage-gate readiness.

Leads power system studies and end-to-end interconnection processes for nuclear and large generator projects. Develops load flow, short-circuit, stability, electromagnetic transient, reliability, and system impact assessments; prepares models, drawings, and technical reports; coordinates with utilities, clients, subcontractors, and internal teams; ensures ISO/RTO, NERC, FERC, and utility compliance; performs QA/QC and drives process improvements.
