Lead planning, execution, and growth of reactor maintenance and field services for commercial nuclear plants. Oversee refueling outages, vessel and internals inspections, diagnostics, staffing, budgets, regulatory compliance, and customer relationships while ensuring safety, quality, and NRC/ASME adherence.

Build and maintain backend, CI/CD, and data integrations for the NOS platform. Ramp on Palantir Foundry and AI/data tooling, write production code and tests, and collaborate with engineers and data scientists under senior review to deliver scoped features.

Lead design and implementation of automated test frameworks and V&V for web, API, data, and backend systems. Integrate testing into CI/CD, support audit readiness and compliance (ASME NQA-1), manage defects and root-cause analysis, and drive quality metrics, documentation, and continuous improvement across engineering teams in a regulated nuclear environment.
