Lead individual giving and special events fundraising efforts, managing donor portfolios, cultivating mid-level donors, overseeing event planning (including annual gala), supervising the Individual Giving Coordinator, coordinating with marketing and volunteers, and ensuring inclusive, community-centric fundraising practices. Responsible for budgeting, database tracking, and cross-department collaboration; requires evening and weekend event attendance.

Provide overnight care and supervision for youth (14–24) and their children in the Parenting with Purpose program. Perform intakes, maintain safety and house rules, document activities and data entry in ETO, support life-skills coaching, coordinate with case management and volunteers, arrange transportation, respond to emergencies, and attend trainings and staff meetings.

Provide high-level administrative and operational support to the President & CEO, managing calendar, travel, confidential correspondence, board relations, stakeholder communications, and special projects. Serve as liaison to internal teams and the board, draft and edit external communications, coordinate strategic leadership meetings, and support outreach, fundraising acknowledgement, and incident response tasks to enable executive effectiveness.

Provide day-to-day care and supervision for youth clients (ages 14–24) and their children, complete intakes and paperwork, perform accurate data entry in ETO, maintain logs, ensure safety, coach life skills, coordinate with case management and volunteers, arrange transportation, attend trainings and staff meetings, and support program operations including emergency response and referrals.

Provide overnight supervision and support to homeless youth (ages 14-24) at The Crib: conduct intakes, maintain safety and house rules, document in ETO and shift logs, coordinate with case management and volunteers, assist with life skills and transportation, make referrals, and attend trainings and staff meetings.
