Teams at The Night Ministry

Provide high-level administrative and operational support to the President & CEO, managing calendar, travel, confidential correspondence, board relations, stakeholder communications, and special projects. Serve as liaison to internal teams and the board, draft and edit external communications, coordinate strategic leadership meetings, and support outreach, fundraising acknowledgement, and incident response tasks to enable executive effectiveness.

Provides street-based, trauma-informed and harm-reduction case management to individuals experiencing homelessness or housing instability. Conducts outreach, housing assessments, applications, benefits navigation, coordinated entry assessments, and placement follow-up. Builds referral relationships with housing, healthcare, mental health, and addiction service providers; maintains compliant records in HMIS and related systems; participates in case conferencing and community needs assessments; and drives outreach vans as scheduled.

Provides day-to-day care and supervision for homeless youth and their children in shelter and transitional living programs. Conducts intakes, maintains records, enforces safety policies, supports life-skills development, coordinates transportation and volunteers, makes referrals, responds to emergencies, and collaborates with case management. The role requires maintaining a safe, supportive environment and serving as a positive role model.
